Obituary of David Jiries Rabie

Our Beloved David Jiries Rabie, age 77 entered into Eternal Rest on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Jiries and Mazouzeh Rabie, his sister Nada, and his three brothers, Baseem, Diab, and Rabie.

David Rabie is survived by His Wife of 46 years; Nadia, and their Children; Anita, Amanda, Adeeb (Feeda), and Jiries; his brother, Samir and his grandchildren, Arayah, Mayah, and David Rabie, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. 

Visitation Services will be held on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home (Mission - North), 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial times will be at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral Catholic Church, 203 E 10th St, Austin, TX 78701. 

Interment Committal Service will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH-35, Austin Texas 78704. 

Rosary service will be Live Streamed for those unable to attend: Austin Peel and Son Facebook Live 

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
