Obituary of Jesus Hernandez Rivas

Our beloved Jesus Hernandez Rivas Jr, was called home, May of 2022.

He is preceded by his parents, Jesus Rivas Sr. and Consuelo Hernandez, sister, Helen Rivas.

Jesus is survived by his 8 children; grandchildren; 3 brothers; and his sister.

A memorial service will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas, 78752. This will conclude services.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.

during this very difficult time.
