Obituary of Roberto Mondragon Jr.

Our beloved Roberto Mondragon Jr., was called home, on Saturday, March 26, 2022.

Roberto is survived by his parents, Roberto Mondragon Sr., and Guadalupe Sandoval Valencia de Mondragon; his siblings, Patricia Mondragon Sandoval, Cindy Mondragon Sandoval and Erik Mondragon Sandoval; his nephew, Brandon Gomez Mondragon; his niece, Yaretzi Ramirez Mondragon; as well as many other loving family members and friends. 

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas, 78752. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2208 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78702, on Friday, April 8, 2022. Interment will follow at Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.
