Obituary of James Edward Light

Our beloved James Edward Light was called home, on Sunday, March 20, 2022.

James is awaited in haven by his parents, James Lee light and Constance Calvert; and by his sister, Margaret Light.

He has left behind four children, Kristopher Light, Michael Light, Jayme Brock and her husband Nikolas, Summer Light-Zapalac and her husband Taylor; grandchildren, Harper Light, Charlie Light, Emmy Mcbride, Jayden Penaloza, Champ Brock, Natalee Brock, Koa Brock, David Zapalac, and Luna Zapalac; twin brother Arnold Light; as well as many other loving family members and friends. 

Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
