Obituary of Anna J. Lenderman
Our beloved Anna Jean Lenderman, was called home, on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
Anna was very passionate and enjoyed supporting various organizations like ASPCA, Texas Children's Hospital and The Susan Korman Foundation. She dedicated years of her life supporting Girl Scouts. Her countless hours of generosity, leadership, badge work, community service, camping, selling cookies, and taking her troops on hard earned trips influenced and inspired many girls over the years. Anna had two other passions besides Girl Scouts, Bingo and being a UT Longhorn fan. If she wasn’t doing something with the girls she could often be found cheering on her favorite Longhorns or playing Bingo.
She is preceded by her parents, Victor Gerstner and Elizabeth Bratton Gerstner; and brother, Michael Gerstner.
Anna is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Nichole “Nikki” Lenderman; siblings, Pete Gerstner and his wife Sally, Thomas Gerstner, Ken Gerstner and his wife Annie, Laura Gray and her husband Lloyd, and Mary Swenson and, her husband Karl Swenson; as well as many other loving family, and friends.
