Obituary of Andrea R. Flores

Our beloved Andrea R. Flores was called home, on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, of over 50 years, Inez Flores Sr.; parents, Juan and Eusebia Perez Reyes; her children, Dolores Rodriguez, Elvira “Vera” Lopez, and Lori Ann Flores; and her siblings, Paula Reyes Felan, Jesus Silvia, Gavino Reyes, Johnny Reyes and Ermelinda Gomez.

Andrea is survived by her children, Sylvia Campos and her husband Jesus Ibarra, and Inez Flores Jr. and his wife Mary Ann Rodriguez; siblings, Gloria Reyes and Joe Reyes; 19 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other family, members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas, 78752. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 8, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
