Obituary of Pilar Yanez

Our beloved Pilar Yanez was called home, on Saturday, January 8, 2022.

He is preceded by his parents, Don Pedro Yanez and Maria Narcisa Morales Gonzales.

Pilar is survived by his children, Abel Yanez Martinez and his wife Sylvia, Leolegario Yanez Martinez, Mauricio Yanez Martinez and Guillermo Yanez Martinez.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m., with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary on Friday, January 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas, 78752. Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery in Georgetown.

A Pilar le sobreviven sus hijos, Abel Yanez Martinez y su esposa Sylvia, Leolegario Yanez Martinez, Mauricio Yanez Martinez y Guillermo Yanez Martinez.

El velorio se llevará a cabo de 10:00 a. m. a 11:00 a. m., con el rezo del Santo Rosario el viernes 14 de enero de 2021 a las 11:00 a. m. en Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas, 78752. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de St. Johns en Georgetown.

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,it is recommended that you not attend services. The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and supportduring this very difficult time.

Debido a las Restricciones de Coronavirus/COVID-19 de la Ciudad de Austin, los niveles de capacidad están restringidos en funerarias, iglesias y cementerios. Cada persona que ingrese a la funeraria, la iglesia y el cementerio deberá usar una mascara y practicar el distanciamiento social de 6 pies o más. Si está enfermo o le preocupa el virus, se recomienda que no asista a los servicios. La familia está muy agradecida con todos por su comprensión, amor y apoyo durante este tiempo tan difícil.
