Obituary of Nicholas Nolan Rodriguez

Nicholas Nolan Rodriguez went to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, October 7, 2021.

Nick was born on January 31, 1983 in Galveston, TX.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors with family and friends.  Nick was very adventurous and loved to hike, swim and fish.  Anything in the sun, Nick enjoyed.  He was the life of the party and always lit up the room.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys couch coach/manager/cheerleader/fan.

Nick was a dedicated and loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend.  Nick passes on his legacy to be lived through his wife Juanita, daughters Alexis, Nadia and Alena, fur babies, Tyson and Lennox, mother and father Irene and Luis, siblings Grace (Ernest), Charles (Kimberlee), Benjamin, along with his many nieces/nephews.  

Our family extends sincere appreciation to all those who have shown their love and support, both monetarily and emotionally.

Family kindly requests that any flowers sent to or gifted be potted plants (perennials) to place in his garden at home.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service starting at 5:30 p.m., at Austin-Peel & Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln. Austin, TX 78752.

Family politely requests the continued use of face coverings in an effort to help protect our community.  If you are ill or are concerned about the virus, it is recommended that you not attend services. 

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
