Our association started from University days. Whole batch had a wonderful time. He was first among all of us to get job & settle. So, whenever I used to go to Doon for interview,
used to spend time with him, never carried books but take from him & return after interview.
Even while going to ASSAM on my first posting, met him at CALCUTTA,
spent time with him & enjoyed.
May be because of him ( being there at Rjy), I accepted to go there for reservoir studies of Razole # 1 , first well testing of that project, on his boss ( Project Manager)
requesting Ramanathan garu, for experienced and reliable person.
After retirement, quiet a few of our old class meets, settled at Hyderabad. Due to his friendly nature, he took initiative to plan and arrange our get together at his Hyd house, inviting others from Vizag & Chennai too.
Many times had pleasure to meet him at his office & spent some time.
Once I even booked resort at Kodaicanal & train tickets for us but had to cancel due to his other official works.
That was our BTV we call him.
I am sad, he had gone suddenly.
I miss him so much.
