Obituary of Maria Elena Lopez

Our beloved Maria Elena Mora Lopez, age 92, was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 14, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Armando Lopez; parents, Felipe and Maria Luz Mora; and brother, Raul Mora.

She is survived by her loving children, Norma Boyles, Marie Beth Boyles, Cecilia DeVerney (Angel T.), and Anita Lopez; 28 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren, and 56 great great grandchildren. Maria is also survived by numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, located at 607 E. Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78752. A Scripture Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, located at 607 E. Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78752. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
