I worked with Teddy a few years ago in San Antonio at Local 60. He was my apprentice for a few years and then after he turned out to become a journeyman electrician and a good one at that. I hadn't seen Teddy in quite a while. I was very sorry to hear that Teddy passed. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
