Our beloved Delphina Urquizo, age 76, was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 12, 2020.

 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward C. Urquizo; parents, Manuel and Micaela Valdez; and siblings, Samuel Valdez, Frances Quintanilla, Jesse Valdez, and Dora Pacheco.

 

She is survived by her children, Patricia Ann Urquizo and Edward Urquizo (Linda); grandchildren, Lisa Almendarez (Evaristo, Jr.), Mathew Urquizo, and Megan Urquizo (Nathan Diaz); great grandchildren, Elena Almendarez, Evaristo Almendarez III, and Baby Girl Diaz; and sister, Beatrice Rios (Andrew). Delphina is also survived by numerous other loving family and friends.

 

Visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. followed by a Scripture Service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, located at 607 E. Anderson lane, Austin, TX 78752. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
