So sorry to hear about my Uncle Keith's passing last week. Keith was my dad's, Roy Conner's, younger brother.
I have a funny story to relate. When Keith told my Mom, he was going to become a doctor, my Mom laughed and told him, "Keith, the day you become a doctor, I'll have another baby!" On March 14, 1963, my mom was giving birth to my baby brother, Reed, at the Grand Rapids Osteopathic Hospital, when Keith stuck his head in the delivery room, and shouted, "How's it going Shirley?" It was the funniest thing, and always got a rounds of laughter from us, when my Mom told this story! There is 10 years between my baby brother, and me.

What a great guy! Loved all our conversations from politics, medicine and guns. Remember him putting me through the drills when I went out there to shoot. Loaded and unloaded my clip about 10 times before he let me shoot! I will miss you Keith ...rest easy my friend.

Our family called Keith the Doctor. We all will cherish the many walks we went on, with and without all our dogs.
Keith’s Dexter and Rusty and my Copper and Avery.
We had so many conversations from health and politics to sports and fitness. The Doctor was a young soul, always positive and asking many questions. He got to know everyone and what made them tick.
I will miss you my dear friend. You taught me to embrace life and question people, health practices, and politics ;-).
My family loves you and we will keep you in our hearts until we meet again.

I have so many wonderful memories of Doc. My heart was endeared to him especially when he let a very young Grant drive his beloved (and off limits to everyone) tractor when we were visiting and Grant has such a terrible case of the flu. It perked him up and made the long, sick trip down worth the drive. We will miss him and his funny personality very much,
