Obituary of Derrick Ja'Corey Armstrong

Our beloved Derrick Ja’Corey Armstrong, age 29, of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, August 30, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Linda Kay Spears.

He is survived by his daughter, Phoenix Armstrong; parents, Sharon Jones Johnson and Robert Larry Armstrong; stepfather, Raymond Johnson; siblings, Paul Cleveland, Jr., Antonio Cleveland, Sr., and Brittany Cleveland; grandparents, Willie Robert Jones, Sr. and his wife, Doris; good friend, Dallas Martin; and special friend, Tramisha Green. Derrick is also survived by numerous family members and friends.

 Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Greater Works Baptist Church, located at 4000 Tannehill Ln, Austin, TX 78721.

This will conclude services.
