Our beloved Fidel Gonzales, age 74, of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, May 13, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Wally and Berta Casares, sister Elsie Mata. He is survived by his siblings, Guadalupe "Wally" (Vangie) Casares, Sam (Patty) Casares, Leticia (Roger) Vazquez, Arthur Casares and Nelda (Mario) Aleman; and numerous loving nieces and nephews as well as other family and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, located at 607 E. Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas 78752. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 17, 2019, at Santa Julia Catholic Church, located at 900 Tillery Rd, Austin, TX 78702.
