Judy Green Michael passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on January 19, 2019. Judy was born November 14, 1935 to Lee and Lottie Green. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Lea, Doris, and Vera, and by her youngest daughter Krista Michael Cole. She is survived by 4 children; John Michael and his fiance Lisa Arrington Rebekah Michael Daily and her husband Eddie David Michael and his wife Tammy Jeff Michael and his wife Karen son-in-law Wayne Cole Judy/Mom/Momma/Grandma/Grammy/Miss Judy - she has created a vast legacy in the lives of many grandchildren and great grandchildren; grandchildren; Elizabeth & husband Scott Jennings Cameron Michael Terry Daily & wife Elizabeth Rita Daily Jessica & husband Larry Alex Ian Brittney & husband Derrick Wilson Josh Morton Great grandchildren; Lorelie, Aradia, and Shailene Jennings Pax William Daily Kaitlyn, Emiley, and Miley Dawson Morton Judy is also survived by her sister Betty and many cousins, nephews and nieces across the globe. Mom, Mama, Grandma, Grammy, Miss Judy - her greatest accomplishment is the family she created and leaves behind. In addition to raising her own children, she played an important role in the lives of countless children over the years, first as a foster parent for many years and later as a caregiver in her home day care center. She worked in many various jobs, most recently as the administrative assistant to Dr. Bryce Jordan, past president of UT Dallas and Penn State. She was an accomplished seamstress, creating many beautiful wedding dresses for happy brides, and often for the entire wedding party. She delighted in creating beautiful and elaborate Christmas stockings for every member of the family. We will all miss her sharp wit and dry humor.
