Norma Jean Ramos on Saturday, August 11, 2018, Our beloved daughter went to her final resting place at the age of 30 years. Norma will be forever remembered by her husband Ralph Carter, and their 3 precious children, Mercedes, Ralph(Kenny) and Rashard Carter. Norma was born on December 13, 1987 to Luis Jr. and Betty Ramos in Austin TX, the youngest of 10 children. She is survived by her parents Luis Jr, and Betty Ramos, by her brothers Christopher Rios, Michael Rios, Jesse Rios(Elizabeth), Luis Ramos, Gilbert Ramos, & Pete Ramos, and by her sisters Christy Whitson (Christopher Whitson), Christine Rios & Stella Ramos. Norma will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, 2 great-nephews, 2 great nieces and extended family and dear friends. She will always be remember as the life of the party with her contagious smile, laughter and the love she had for her family.
